Product Description
A traditional hand-carved and hand-painted Black Forest HEKAS Cuckoo Clock Chalet Style 39 cm that has a one-day movement and plays music after the wooden cuckoo calls calls every half and full hour. Two famous tunes will delight you alternatingly: “In München steht ein Hofbräuhaus” (Munich Hofbräuhaus song) and “Trink Brüderlein Trink” (Drink Brother Drink). To keep the cuckoo quiet during the night, there is a manual night shutoff. This is one of our most popular medium-sized cuckoo clocks, measuring 7,5 x 12,2 x 15,3 inches (19 x 31 x 39 cm).
Black Forest HEKAS Cuckoo Clock Chalet Style Scene
This Black Forest cuckoo clock has an elaborately carved farmhouse with a little bell tower like you find them on old houses in the Kitzbühel Alps. The balcony and the shutters are decorated with carved Edelweiss flowers. On the balcony there are couples dressed in their colorful traditional costumes who start dancing every time the music plays. In front of the house, a blonde waitress in a Bavarian dirndl is serving beer to the thirsty man sitting at the table who will lift his glass whenever he hears the cuckoo’s call.
